Repair training
Machinery downtime and breakdowns are a major cost for companies, especially if they disrupt the production process. This training course is designed to minimise the costs caused by downtime, and to carefully maintain or repair compressed air tools and/or air chain hoists. During this training course, you will learn to recognise and interpret wear marks, enabling you to prevent future breakdowns.

Course content
If possible, participants bring their own tools / hoists for the repair training.
The advantage is then that relevant repairs can be guaranteed. The tools are tested, diagnosed and subsequently repaired.
Module 1: Disassembly and assembly
- Dismantling of parts
- Replacing wear parts
- Testing
Module 2: Diagnosis and prevention
- Assessment of components
- Interpretation of wear marks
- Establishing relationships to the possible cause
